Q: What if I can’t get there at 5:30pm every night?
A: No pressure—our open forum training is designed to be flexible.

Come when you can, and stay for as long as feels right. Some participants train for 30 minutes, others stay the full two hours. It’s all about showing up and doing what works for you.

Q: I'm out of shape- can I still join?
A: Absolutely! Our community includes people of all abilities and physical backgrounds.

Everyone trains together, with support and encouragement tailored to meet individual needs.

Q: What should I wear to box?
A: Wear comfortable gym attire that allows you to move freely and without restriction. Sweats, shorts, sneakers, wrestling shoes, t-shirts, or tanks—all are welcome. Choose what makes you feel confident and ready to train.

Q: Where do I park?
A: There are parking spaces and public lots available in and around the downtown Town Hall area. We’re just a short four-driveway walk from the corner lot.

As a designated downtown business, you're permitted to park in these lots. Please note: the gym’s driveway is reserved for residents and trainers only.
